Was away for the weekend and no training and no strict nutrition for 2 days, mind starts to relax (as much as my 2 little girls permitted!) and I thought to myself…. do we take life too seriously? do we slam the foot on the pedal keeping us on a constant high 24/7? It’s great to have downtime with family and friends isn’t it? It makes us absorb the moment, and enjoy the simple things that we never stop to experience. It recharges us!

Humans, we don’t have on and off buttons, we’re either there 100% or not at all, have you tried doing something when your mindset is halfway there? It seems like an ELEPHANT task doesn’t it? Well the same with everything in life, you are either in there or not. Training and getting the right Nutrition is also the same approach, how badly do you want it?
