1: Start the day with a workout – Here’s my 10 min HIIT workout again for you and also I have added a FREE WARM UP for you to use before the workout!

5: Drink tons of bottled water & fruit teas.

6: BOOZE – Remember ALL alcohol is sugar in various forms – Go easy!
