Im in the middle of so many projects and although nervy and stressful, I can’t seem to shift this absolute EXCITEMENT! Why? Because I’m doing what I LOVE! Leading and creating and seeing everything unfold before me, watching you (yes you!) progress week after week!

BOUTIQUE BOOTCAMP

What does Boutique Mean in Fitness?

Some gyms are massive buildings that try to provide lots of different exercise options for customers. Boutique style studios are the opposite, and focus more on a specific area of fitness. They tend to be small and more exclusive than regular gyms, with a less anonymous feel to the workout.

Boutique Bootcamp is a smaller exercise class, and one of the benefits of a small class is that the instructor can get to know the participants better. The personal knowledge helps the studio staff to recommend specific workouts that benefit the customer most, and the small classes can foster a friendlier, more community-like atmosphere in the group than might otherwise be the case in a large, anonymous group.

Additional Services
Along with the workouts, Boutique Bootcamp offers services to complement the benefits of the workout. A Fat Loss Consultant & Mind Coach will be on hand to help with healthy eating and break bad habits and improve mental well-being.

Boxercise – Kettlebell – Pilates – HiiT – Nutrition – are some of the specialisations included in the Boutique Bootcamp.

Having been a dancer, sports person and Fitness Instructor I thought, this is going to be easy! Well was I in for a surprise! The music, the moves – not to mention the FUN! I was gleaming all throughout the class!

Belly Dance Benefits

Belly dancing can be a break from the regular gym experience, so it can be more motivating than simply heading to a pump class or working out on your own. A list of the benefits of belly dancing are increased core balance, toned abs, flexibility and better posture. Each facet of the benefits of belly dancing can contribute to a flatter belly, particularly a stronger core and better posture.
