Today’s tip of the day:
My favourite drink is water, plain old water and I like to drink between 2-3 litres of the stuff a day, I do that to flush all the toxins from my liver so that it can burn fat
It always amazes me that when I am out with my girlfriends we never seem to have a problem with drinking a bottle of wine, we don’t seem to forget!!!
But lots of clients tell me they forget to drink their water!!!
It can make an amazing difference to both your health and your waistline if you consistently drink 2-3 litres of water a day!
