I do love them but it really plays havoc with your Health and Fitness if you like a few drinks and desserts if you are going away or going out?
My TOP TIP is to make these 5 days AS CLEAN and AS ACTIVE as you can
3 good meals a day
Lots of water
Cut out the sugar, caffeine, alcohol
and try to get in some exercise everyday
We all like to enjoy bank holidays and we need balance in life
If you know you’ll be overindulging then be SUPER GOOD this week
