Yes this is a 5 Min Workout!
My TOP TIP is to set your morning routine up to a great day by doing the following:
Upon rising have a glass of water with a pinch of Himalayan salt
WORKOUT (this workout is great!) make sure you warm up first!
Have a protein, good fat, LOTS of greens Meal 1!
and if not that hungry why not have a GREEN Smoothie?
You will feel on top of the world after this morning routine!
