Its bank holiday Monday BUT are you mindful of what you eat?
Ok not ALL THE TIME! I am a REALIST and know that we MUST have our Fav foods from time to time!
I want to share with you a blog that came from KSFL Headquarters as its soooo relevant as we ‘kick off’ our new KICKSTART SPRINTER today.
My tip today… EAT AT THE TABLE and be mindful of what you are eating… this will make you appreciate and enjoy your food more.
We often end up over piling our plates as we are unaware of what we are eating where as food is there to be enjoyed and should be portioned thoughtfully.
Your relationship with your family/friends will also become stronger through eating at the table together and enjoying each others company without distraction… turn off the TV and put away those phones!
Do the same with food shopping… take your time, make a list and really LOOK at what you are buying- you will make far better choices for your health.
!!Mindfulness is a wonderful thing- try practicing it today 🙂!!
