We’re Small but Mighty!

The Studio may be small and our little Fitness Empire might be a baby when compared to other BIG GYMS and PRACTICES

BUT!
I ABSOLUTELY love the more intimate, personalised family-like bond we have created during the years!

So…….hope you’re still enjoying summer break?

OR are you getting a little tired of it? Its too long this side of the world huh?

I LOVE chatting to many of you at the beach or in town or just via Facebook! Everyone has such a different edge and view on how you run your summer!

What I have noticed is the fact that everyone is SO HEALTH CONSCIOUS this year! We seemed to have veered from……..

“I WANT a skinny body for the beach, so I’m starving myself through really restrictive diets…..

to…..

Im cutting down on ice creams and tinto’s and having more fruit, smoothies and I’m putting in a run or quick workout daily….

And you can totally tell the energy and happiness in your faces too!

So whilst you enjoy your summer….
