So have you just come back from a great holiday…do you now feel bloated and FAT ( I hate that word really but sometimes it’s the only description)

Sometimes, depending on where you are staying, you dont have a vast array of choice for healthy options….

So you have to make the best that you can….and perhaps those not so healthy treats will creep in

And then the alcohol…..having a drink every day……because guess what :we are human and when I go away I am like everyone else, I like to loosen up a bit

SO WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO WHEN YOU GET BACK????

Get straight back ON IT…..back to the gym…..back to healthy eating and soon you’ll be feeling better again

It makes me think though every time I personally come back from holiday, about how people with weight to lose possibly feel

My clothes were tight
I had heartburn
I wasn’t sleeping well
My energy was low
I got some spots

And that was just in loosening things up for 10 days or so!!!

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT…..SO THINK ABOUT IT AND MAKE INFORMED CHOICES.
