Are you a breakfast person?

I ask that very same question to my ladies ALL THE TIME

Many say “no” so we suggest pushing up your meals later during the day, but some do say they are hungry but don’t fancy a LARGE meal so early in the morning

And so as we are trying to rid of toast/cereals/coffee etc……

We recommend a good old Smoothie as its a PERFECT way to fit into that GAP

You can personalise them however you wish!

My Fav is:

Spinach
Celery
Broccoli
Avocado
Ginger
Lemon
Chia seeds
water

If you need it sweetened – put some fruit in it maybe half a banana or some apple or pear

Its YUMMY!
