Does your metabolism need a boost?
Try my simple steps to rev up your metabolic rate getting your body fat furnace burning and generally helping you feel alive, vibrant and positive.
1: As soon as you wake up have a glass of water with a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt.
2: Go for a brisk walk or some kind of workout before you eat your first meal
3: Take 5/10 minutes to meditate. Just sitting quietly getting your thoughts together for the day think about all the things you are grateful for 🙂
4: Your first meal needs to be protein rich with good fats like salmon and avocado with some greens.
This is an amazing start to the day.
5: MOVE through the day as much as you can. When you feel your energy go down. MOVE/Walk/Run/Bounce and get the blood flowing again
Count your daily steps with a FIT BIT or Apple watch and keep tabs 🙂
