  • TRX TRAINING

TRX CLUB suspension fitness classes by 4 experienced and qualified instructors TRX is an effective 5 in 1 training regime, working your core, strength, balance, agility and power.

  • HIIT Workouts/Free Weights Training Classes: CARDIO v WEIGHTS / R.I.P.P.E.D. / ULTIMATE HIIT

Using various methods such as TABATA or HIIT exercising at intervals ensuring that maximum fat/calories are burnt in the minimum amount of time, levels for all abilities! We use Weights/Kettlebells/bands/bodyweight/steps/balls/foam rollers/TRX and MORE! to keep the class energy HIGH and FRESH!

  • Pilates

Slow controlled exercises on the mat/standing and using various Pilates equipment such as mini balls, bands and foam rollers. Pilates is aimed primarily at strengthening the core and making the person fitter for everyday life. Various classes throughout the week to choose from and also catering for Smaller groups and one-to-ones.

  • ANTIGRAVITY FITNESS

Learn to swing, flip, fly and smile all in your first class using the Antigravity yoga hammock! Antigravity Suspension fitness is not a yoga class. It is a fitness workout using the Antigravity Hammock as a suspension fitness apparatus. As you practice AntiGravity® techniques you not only become more efficient with your movement and more confident about physicality, but you will become lighter! Above all it boasts ZERO spinal decompression!!

  • ZUMBA Fitness 

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

  • DISCO FIT (Not on the regular fitness calendar but will be back soon!) 

Want to let your hair down without heels and hangover? Disco Fit takes you down memory lane with your favourite 90s tracks. Glow sticks, Disco Lights, and MORE! Its a 45 mins class. (35 min Cardio and 10 Mins toning/cooldown).
