  • MUM & BABY CLASSES

Congratulations on your new arrival! Those first few weeks are a magical time for you to bond with your baby & allow your body to recover from all that hard work it has endured for 9 months

As of 6 weeks post partum* (8 weeks for c-section) it is safe for you to engage in low impact exercise & begin strengthening your body from the inside out.

Post Natal Pilates focuses on building up the deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles that have been stretched during pregnancy. These muscles are essential for good posture, reducing back pain and preventing stress incontinence. Post natal exercises are designed specifically to improve diastasis recti (split abs), improve muscle tone & your general well being.

Bring your baby along to join in the fun (if you wish!) & meet other mums in this relaxed environment to strengthen and tone.
