“I am very happy with my results so far, it had been a very long time since i had actually lost any weight and after having my daughter 9 months ago i thought i wouldnt be able to get the kilos off, but this diet/way of eating has showed me i can. I am getting used to eating the correct food and sticking to 2/3 meals a day only and not snacking like i used to (I have a massive sweet tooth) (although the craving is still there! ) but i choose not to do so. I Stopped in December as went on various holidays and Christmas was in between so went off track and gained weight. I them restarted in January and i have now lost all i put on plus a bit more. Just finished the term and booked in for my summer classes! Smarty Pilates for my daughter and Antigravity and Pilates for me. I started just after Easter after not having done much exercise in about 3/4 years! Signed up for the 4 week Kickstarter plan and the progressions since classes and the kickstarter has been amazing!!!! Walking a little taller, feeling that bit more confident and overall eating and feeling healthy (except for THOSE days! But i know what to do to get back on track!). What a game changer!!!

I really enjoy Natalie's Pilates Stretch Class. I have only attended 4 sessions and my back felt stronger and supple from day one. Natalie is very motivating and you can do the exercises at your own pace. I recommend this class to anyone who suffers from back problems. ��

I started training with Natalie in September she is the most inspirational teacher. Her energy is completely infectious !! You may walk into the class tired and lethargic but you bounce out feeling quite the opposite. Her classes are versatile and cater to a wide variety of abilities , even when you don't believe you can do it she shows you that you can.
