I Stopped in December as went on various holidays and Christmas was in between so went off track and gained weight. I them restarted in January and i have now lost all i put on plus a bit more. I Still have a long way to go but im in no hurry. I really enjoy Natalie's Pilates Stretch Class. I have only attended 4 sessions and my back felt stronger and supple from day one. Natalie is very motivating and you can do the exercises at your own pace. I recommend this class to anyone who suffers from back problems. ��

Wanted to give antigravity yoga a try and i am completely hooked !!!! It is completely different to what i expected it to be. Great for toning and flexibility. I always leave wanting more and already looking forward to the following week ��

I started training with Natalie in September she is the most inspirational teacher. Her energy is completely infectious !! You may walk into the class tired and lethargic but you bounce out feeling quite the opposite. Her classes are versatile and cater to a wide variety of abilities , even when you don't believe you can do it she shows you that you can.
