AntiGravity Fitness is a new kind of workout invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison, a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. It involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout.

As you practice AntiGravity® techniques you not only become more efficient with your movement and more confident about physicality, but you will become lighter!

AntiGravity® has two meanings 1) playing within the laws of physics 2) against graveness — in other words, keep moving, stay light-hearted and have fun!

Natalie Hill Fitness Boutique has now brought this exhilarating experience to Gibraltar and nearby Spain!

Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays 10:30am

Trial Sessions are 40 min MAX and are £10 each
