So which type of exercise is best…cardio, weights, etc etc?

I think that any exercise is better than none, research has shown however that short intense bursts are good.

So getting a quick 10 minutes every day is great.

If you struggle for time, maybe have kids at home then do a workout in your pyjamas first thing.

It is then done for the day and you don’t have to worry for the rest of the day!
