As the nights draw in and the temperatures drop it’s an easy excuse to hibernate, stop exercising and eat comfort food.

You might do that for a week which then rolls into a month.

Then it’s Christmas…. and getting your mojo back post-Christmas seems like a mountain to climb.

So today COMMIT.

Give yourself a KICK START and focus on your food and fitness.

Write a list of your daily non – negotiables.

  1. 2/3 litres of water a day.
  2. 20 min walk
  3. 3 Kick Start meals prepped.
  4. Working on improving sleep.
  5. Get rid of toxic people and situations to lower stress 🙂 

Come on !
If you have gone into hibernation MODE then let’s stop that right now and commit to your healthy lifestyle.
You will feel so much better 🙂
