Now that I’m visiting Main Street because of the time of year I am continuously bumping into more people I would regularly and many are expressing the sheer PANIC of whats coming up – some say they are ALREADY bloated and have put on weight since our programmes and have already started the MENTAL TORTURE!
Christmas time is a time for enjoyment and downtime with the family and friends NOT feeling guilty of whats on the table, at bars or restaurants or EVEN in the magic cupboard at home (do you still have this?)
SO you have 2 choices:
1. Organise, PREP and YOU decide when you will have your wiggle room (eat your fav choices/dessert/glass of wine) Keep the workouts up knowing that you’ll be overindulging, drink plenty of water – also MORNING ROUTINE – this is the GOLDEN TIP!
2. Eat freely and drink freely and DON’T FEEL GUILTY about it, draw a line under it and MOVE ON!
